Define your personal reality!

EVERY single thought you think has actual and very powerful creative power. This is the power behind the saying  that we are the source of all that is present in our life …  and is how we create our personal reality.”

Why is this so? Because the subconscious mind, by its very nature, accepts whatever we imagine to be REAL, then uses it to create our ACTUAL outer reality.

This includes the thoughts you think about what you want, or whom you wish to become. Likewise the thoughts you think about what you do NOT want will create, and cause the fulfillment of, exactly what you do NOT want. This is why I say that worry is powerful negative goal setting!

Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you WANT in your life. There is nothing at all new, strange or unusual about this success tool. You are already using it every minute of every day.

Designe your personal reality

Imagining what you want is like simply building a model before you build the real thing. These images actually direct the energy in your mind and body. Each of your thoughts radiates the essence of yourself out into the environment… and from there out into the universe.

And because of the power of visualization, it’s very important to develop your self-awareness of what you are thinking — so that nothing will come about in your life unless you consciously choose it!

Create a Better Personal Reality

You are the virtual creator of your life. Everything you perceive “out there” is a materialization of your thoughts, formed by YOUR energy into symbols of the inner you — your essence. Nothing happens that you have not called to you.

It is through this process that personal transformation Reality and empowerment occur.

Is Prosperity Truly Possible Today?

prosperityDo thoughts create prosperity?

Here is what happens when you are facing a challenge creating more prosperiity in your life:

(1) You can REACT by getting anxious, sinking into depression, and just giving up. This response would obviously create a negative reality in your life.

(2) You can REACT by getting really angry, and venting your anger at everyone around you.

(3) You can instead RESPOND and use your focus and energy taking action to create a positive answer to creating more prosperity.

Reacting vs Responding
There’s a huge difference between reacting and responding.

Reacting is a knee jerk reaction controlled by the oldest, non-logical portion of our brain (the brain stem) — which is then further fed by the emotion you stir up with your knee-jerk reaction.

Responding, on the other hand, is focused in the higher thinking centers of your brain, which then sends signals down to the emotional centers to take control of any stress or fear.

Life does not just happen to us. It is our REACTION OR RESPONSE to what occurs that creates our personal reality. Think about this for a moment. You really ARE in charge of creating your own life by choosing whether you react, or respond, to your challenges.

Why Choose to Respond
For the most part we eat, sleep, work, play, laugh, worry, hope, plan, love, hate, cook, drive, work out — all with little consideration of what we are thinking — or whether we are reacting or responding.

This is not necessarily a bad thing. If we gave conscious attention to every single thought or action, we would overload our brain with unimportant decisions.

STILL, your thoughts, reactions and responses got you where you are today.  And they will continue to create all of your tomorrows…and your level of prosperity.

Get Prosperous
Your life is a mirror reflection of exactly how you think. And financial security and prosperity do NOT just happen. You create it by responding, OR you just continue to accept the crumbs that life happens to throw your way.

If you want to get prosperous, the place to start is by building a solid prosperity focused RESPONSE to your current life situation.

Start with a review of your current thoughts. If you want prosperity, but constantly think about your lack of money, you are focused on the wrong end of the prosperity stick.

Failure to pay attention will just leave your lower brain in control and encourage fear- and anxiety-based negative knee-jerk reactions.

To get prosperous, begin TODAY to RESPOND positively to your situation — and TAKE ACTION to create a positive answer to your challenges and create prosperity.

How to Survive and Rebuild

The Survive & Rebuild Challenge.

Many people today are demonstrating amazing courage in the face of very basic survive and rebuild challenges. Why do some survive, and others just give up? It seems to be something  special in their mental outlook.

What is a “mental outlook?” It’s the mental window we  look out through to view what’s happening in our life.

Dealing With Challenges to Survive and Rebuild

Most of us are facing one challenge or another today. These are NOT easy times. And the stress of hard times can have a powerful effect on our mental outlook: If you feel worried about something, your brain is then wired to give any related event a worried evaluation.

And although our feelings are fleeting, our moods are not. Moods are based on a brain-level accumulation of feelings that have been stored on actual physical neural networks.

So if you are in a worried about your ability to survive and rebuild, you will tend to have anxious feelings. Anxious feelings, in turn, color your evaluations of your options. This is actually brain-based and a negative evaluation of a new event will just further strengthen the anxious feeling. This new negative feeling, in turn, helps maintain your worried mood.

This creates a non-productive vicious cycle that will build strength unless broken. Generally such cycles are best broken by changing your feelings, which will in turn change your mood.

Changing a Non-Productive Mood

How to break up such a cycle? One good way to start is to really FOCUS on finding a solution to just ONE of the problems you face. Do not even try to tackle all of it at once — this can just lead to overwhelm, and even more anxiety.

Once you identify one problem you want to solve, allow yourself to sort through your options and actually pick one possible solution.

Avoid fence sitting. If you feel a afraid of making a mistake, look at it this way:  The sooner you focus and take action, the sooner you will learn from any mistake, and can then take a new corrective action.

Life has its challenges — that IS a given. But obviously you have already survived some challenges to get where you are today — and can likewise rise above your current challenges.

The truth is this: You have the ability to re-create any thought patterns that might be holding you back.

Seize the moment to survive, rebuild, focus, and just go for it.
